Customer Service is Great!
My son gave me this brewer for Mother's Day *Happy Dance!* and I give it 5 stars... even though it has a problem after brewing each cup. All kinds of lights are blinking & flashing; it says it's trying to heat but needs more water, etc and it's really frustrating. I called Customer Service & they're sending me a new machine *5 Stars to Keurig's Customer Service, too!*
I love this model and will highly recommend it if the new one works properly. All the coffee choices are awesome & we love the Southern Sweet Tea. The removable drip tray to accommodate taller cups is brilliant! I've replaced my Senseo machine with this model... I miss the froth on my Sumatra coffee, but this machine & the wide variety of K cups are far better all around (if the new replacement machine works, that is). The one drawback - all those plastic cups ending up in a land fill is not very environmentally friendly.

Where have you been all my life?
I don't know why I didn't buy one of these machines sooner. I absolutely love this thing. It's so much better then making a whole or half pot that you end of wasting part of it. I never waste any coffee anymore.

It works well, it's quiet, it's fast and it's easy to use. You can remove the bottom portion to fill larger travel mugs as well.
