I love these figural salt and pepper shakers. They work well, and look great. When I set my table with the Chirp china, these look excellent. I don't use them as my everyday shakers, I display them with my wedding china when not in use. However, these are durable and strong, and I think they would work fine as everyday shakers. If you own part of the Chirp collection, you'll want to add these to your collection.
